Walton Development and Management

Walton Development and Management (WDM) is a land management and land development management company.

Our team members have a diversity of professional experience including land planning, land development engineering, transportation, project management, construction management and finance. We offer a complete range of land planning, development and project management services required to take land through the pre-planning, entitlement, development approval and construction process.

We create marketing strategies for our projects and through our relationships we will identify builder groups suitable for each residential project, and coordinate the sale to end users of industrial, commercial and/or retail projects.

WDM also plays an integral part in the review and assessment of new markets, target areas, and due diligence activities on specific parcels of land for Walton International Group Inc.

Currently, we manage over 57,000 acres of land in urban centres and growth corridors in North America.

These in-house abilities and our strategic approach to land entitlement and development management is a critical component of achieving identified returns.
