This experienced and strategic approach is coupled with one goal: to provide a unique and elevated quality of life in every community.

WDM creates desirable and marketable development opportunities, and along with our strong relationships with builders and industry partners, we facilitate the sale of this land to end users of residential, commercial and industrial land.

WDM also plays an integral part in the review and assessment of new markets, target areas, and due diligence activities on specific parcels of land for Walton International Group Inc.

Currently, we manage over 57,000 acres of land in urban centres and growth corridors in North America.
