Residential

WDM is currently managing three major developments throughout the province of Alberta.

Current:

  • McConachieMcConachie, a residential community situated in northeast Edmonton, launched in 2008 with 12 showhomes in two home styles. Now selling its third of seven stages, McConachie remains one of the top five Edmonton communities for building permit activity. When complete, the community will also be home to a unique recreation campus with schools, commercial amenities, a six acre pond and multiple parks and pathways throughout.

  • SkyView RanchSkyView Ranch is one of three communities that WDM will be developing over the next decade as part of the 1300-acre residential area known as "NorthPoint". SkyView Ranch opened its most recent and exciting showhome parade in North Calgary, showcasing 15 brand new showhomes in the fall of 2011 - bringing the total to 23 showhomes in the community. Since launching in 2008, SkyView Ranch is consistently ranked the highest in NE Calgary in terms of construction permit activity.

  • Hawk's RidgeOpening in 2012, Hawk's Ridge is one of the most anticipated residential communities in Edmonton's west end. Ideally situated close to major transportation routes, existing retail and commercial amenities and much more - buyers can expect a truly serene natural setting bordering Big Lake and the Lois Hole Provincial Park.

Previous:

  • SouthforkSouthfork, located in Leduc south of Edmonton, was the first residential development that WDM managed. The community shared success with an award-winning builder group and management of the area was completed in 2010.

Industrial
