WDM Developments

Residential
WDM is currently managing three major developments throughout the province of Alberta.

  • SouthforkSouthfork, located in Leduc, was the first development that WDM managed. It is currently in phase 2 of development with 10 showhomes open for the public. Visit www.southfork-leduc.ca for more details.
  • McConachieMcConachie, which is situated in northeast Edmonton, will be launching this June and will have 12 showhomes for the public to view.

  • SkyView RanchSkyView Ranch is one of three communities that WDM will be developing over the next decade as part of the 1300-acre residential area known as “NorthPoint”. SkyView Ranch will be opening with the most exciting showhome parade in North Calgary, showcasing 24 show homes this fall.

Industrial
WDM is currently developing the Sheppard Industrial Park - Phase 1 & 2 have been sold and Phase 3 construction is well underway and is ongoing with substantial completion expected later in 2008.
